My Profile
To contact the property advertiser, we require you to create a basic profile, entering your email address and choosing a password only. This ensures the privacy between both you and the advertiser.
Please note, all enquiries are sent directly to the owner / advertiser. All replies will be sent to the email address you registered with and a copy kept in your inbox online at My Pad for your convenience.
The 'Summary' page shows at a glance the number of properties you have in your shortlist, watchlist and the number of messages unread within your inbox.
Shortlist
See a property you like, why not add it to the 'Shortlist'. The shortlist provides an easy way of referring to your favorite properties to rent. If you're logged on to your profile, your shortlist will be automatically saved for future visits.
Watchlist
Our watchlist feature allows you to 'watch' a favorite property for any special offers. When an advertiser runs a special rental offer against their property and you have the particular property listed in your watchlist, you will be alerted via email to the special.
Running a 'special offer' provides the advertiser with a means of maintaining a higher occupancy throughout the year whilst also giving perspective tenants whom are watching for the special offers to pickup a great last minute getaway deal for that long weekend break, often at a significantly reduced rate!
